Terms of Delivery

Terms of delivery

Delivery of orders:

Your order will be shipped on the day of the order, or on the first working day following the order.

  • Delivery time to the address of your choice is 3-5 working days. We are not responsible for any delays due to transportation.

  • When your order leaves, you will receive information about the shipment from us by e-mail.

Please note:

Uncollected shipments incur significant costs for Fly-Bank. We reserve the right to invoice the customer for the costs incurred if the delivered shipments are returned to us without being picked up. The billable fee is € 20 per uncollected package, including delivery costs, return costs and handling costs.

  • We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

 

Right of return

  • The returned product must be in its original condition. We cannot reimburse the price of used or damaged products.

  • If, upon receipt of the product, you notice any damage during transport, please notify us immediately in order to arrange a replacement or return.

  • Send us a notification to contact (at) Fly-Bank.com, and your return will be processed smoothly.

  • Include an order receipt in the return package.

  • Returns are free.

  • The return period is 14 days from the receipt of the order.

  • The return package will take 3-5 business days to get to us.

  • Returns will be processed within approximately 2 business days of the package's arrival. We are not responsible for any delays caused by transportation.

  • Keep a receipt for the return to prove that you have handed over the returned product for shipment. We will only refund the price of lost products against this receipt.

  • Returns must be delivered to us using the same delivery method by which you received your order.
